Automatic doors was a requirement throughout the building, from construction stage to office fit-out. We had the opportunity to assist the architects and contractors in the design for automating the doors was made available.

In the early stages, 16 overhead swing door units were installed to the lift lobby doors. These were high end, timber fire doors where the product was notably visible and the look was key.

Isee was then asked to automate the bike store doors in the basement to assist staff that cycle to work. We installed a system that worked with the access control system allowing smoother parking but restricting entry

The 21st floor required an automatic door system in line with the Equality Act that also opens for smoke ventilation. We installed a system where the doors could be used manually or automatically but would also hold open on alarm.

iSee Access Solutions initial involvement has led to a healthy ongoing relationship with the 52 Lime St's facilities team.

iSee Access Solutions now offer to supply and fit a range of fire resistant automatic sliding doors. Our glazed fire doors and sliding fire doors are suited to use in fire containment areas. This system provides all the convenience of an automatic sliding door with the peace of mind of a high specification fire resisting screen.
The standard product has the EI60 one hour fire rating with an option of EI30 half hour. With a maximum opening of 1200mm for a single leaf and 1800mm for a double, our glazed fire rated automatic sliding door system is the perfect choice.
Available with one or two leaves and fixed sides built with galvanized steel frame, double insulation mass, cover coatings
in extruded aluminium or stainless steel.
Complete with Pilkington Pyrostop 60-101 glass and thermal expansion seals, automated mobile leaves controlled by microprocessor . The system provides safety sensors and a self closing system and door closure is granted even in case of power failure by means of electric lock and emergency an battery.

Argenta Proslide & SDX Installation, Bath

iSee Access Solutions have completed a successful installtion of Argenta Proslide & SDX pocket door systems of another residential property in Bath. Pocket systems are complete with door leaves both primed finish and Oak veneered with hand-made inlays.

Vista SMP Underfoor operator recently installed at an Essex church in Bishop’s Stortford. The church had a requirement for a toilet door with disabled access as well as maintaining the visual impact of the glass screen work whilst operating silently.

Wivenhoe NHS Doctors Surgery in Essex had a requirement for a new main entrance to their building. They were looking for a solution that minimalised the heat loss to their reception area & at the same time being easily accessible to all. The solution we provided was to supply & intall two sets of bi-parting sliding & swing operated automatic entrance doors.

Argenta Invisidoor Loft Sloping Head Door

Our client at a recent residential project, wanted to add a new room to the loft at the house including the door for privacy. Using the Argenta Invisidoor DL invisible frame system we were able to achieve what the client desired with this custom made sloping head door detail.

The challenge was to make sure all the lines measured up to achieve full opening of the door, using the Argenta Neo S-5 concealed hinges opening up to 180 degrees. The client was pleased we were able to accommodate their expectation.
